Introduction:
NZT concentrator is a large peripheral transmission, central rake-lifting, high-efficiency concentrator, which is mainly used for the concentration of concentrate pulp and tailing pulp. Working Mechanism:
Its working principle is: the raw water flows out from the bottom of the tank through the central buttress; the effluent is distributed through the draft tube, and then discharged radially to the collecting basin around the pond; as the flow rate decreases, the suspended matter in the raw water is separated and deposited on the bottom of the tank . The rotating frame is centered on the center bearing; the drive mechanism drives the mechanism to work, and the end traveling wheel rotates along the circular track, driving the scraper to slowly rotate under it along the helical motion track of the near log. The mud scraper scrapes the mud into the mud collecting tank in the center of the sedimentation tank, and then the mud is discharged out of the tank by hydraulic pressure or a pump, and the scum on the top is scraped from the scum board to the scum hopper for discharge.
