High Capacity Mining Thickener NXZ Hydraulic Central Transmission High-Efficiency Concentrator
Introduction

The high-efficiency thickener is actually not a simple settling equipment, but a new type of dewatering equipment that combines the filtering characteristics of the mud layer.
Features
As the flocs precipitated after the mixing of the pulp and the medicament more and more, an ideal dense layer is formed at the bottom of the deep cone thickener. On the upper part of the dense layer, thick flocs that are not stable enough are deposited. They are essentially a floating filter medium. They are very effective in intercepting small particles. The sediment at the bottom of the dense layer, under the combined action of a larger water head and material gravity, makes the underflow of the deep cone thickener obtain greater pressure, which greatly increases the concentration of the discharged material.
