Wlidly Used Mining Spiral Classifier Equipment for Ores Beneficiation
Introduction
Spiral classifier is of mechanical classification equipment designed by the principle of the different solid grainsize and specific density owning the different sedimentation rates in the liquid, consequently the fine particles floating in the water overflow, coarse particles sinking on the bottom of the channel are spiraled to the upper to discharge. It can classifiedly filter the pulp from grinding mill, and then the coarse materials are fed into the mill inlet by spiral pieces, the fine materials are discharged from the overflow pipe.

1. The device structure is simple, easy to operate, reliable, grading area smooth, less coarse sand mixed with overflow, high classification efficiency;
2. It can start under load conditions. So when you stop, do not need to remove all grit, just after the spiral upgrade to restart operation; grader install steep slope, coupled with the large mill gravity constitute closed;
3. When the phase separation size at the same time, to give a concentration larger overflow, return sand moisture content is relatively low, a large concentration of the slurry can be processed. The machine can also be used to separate fine clay minerals, and used as a dehydrating ore.
